Internal medicines are the specialty of medicine dedicated to the diagnosis, especially for adults. It deals with the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, or adult diseases. A physician who specializes in internal medicine is referred to be an internist. Internal medicine includes allergy, cardiology immunology, hematology, nephrology, endocrinology, and rheumatology, oncology, and pulmonology.
